Anna Pirozzi returns to the Royal Opera House in London in the role of Lady Macbeth in Macbeth of Giuseppe Verdi. Lady Macbeth is one of the most psychologically multifaceted verdian characters: she is evil, but at the same time fragile and compassionate. It is she who pushes Macbeth, indifferent in himself, towards the series of heinous crimes that lead him to the throne. Musical director is under the button of Maestro Daniele Rustioni.
